Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
in Nephrology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a territory-specific business plan to
increase disease-state awareness and meet sales goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical
educational needs and navigate the healthcare landscape
Utilize a consultative selling approach to engage healthcare
professionals and manage the full sales lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in rare disease, oncology,
hospital, and/or renal disease
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive customer
engagement
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quantitative and
qualitative targets
Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace
Demonstrated strategic thinking and collaboration skills in a
matrix environment
