Job Details for a Call Center Representative:

The Customer Service department is open from 8:00am-7:00pm. We are looking for individuals with flexible availability, as their shift will fall somewhere between that range.

There is also a rotational Saturday - every 3rd Saturday - from 10:00am-3:00pm. 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of choice WFH

• Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
• Temp-Hire Job Responsibilities for Call Center Representative:
  • Answer basic questions regarding NJ auto, home and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums; assume ownership for thorough follow up on all contacts.
  • Deliver first call resolution and make it easy for the customer.
  • Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella) for NJ.
  • Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries. Requirements for Call Center Representative:
    • Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organizational skills.
    • Must have 5+ years experience with call center
    • Strong analytical and decision making skills. Excellent computer/data entry and math skills.
    • High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership.
