Key Points
Serve as a strategic Talent Advisor, recruiting professionals across various business lines and locations in North America
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, conduct intake sessions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Execute sourcing strategies using social sourcing tools, AI, and market insights to attract passive talent and build a diverse pipeline
Develop compelling job postings and pre-screening processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring standards while delivering consistent updates to stakeholders


About You
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to fill complex and hard-to-fill roles
Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM
Skilled in social sourcing and employer brand projection, with an innovative and adaptable approach to recruitment
Adept at influencing and consulting with hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and offering alternative hiring strategies
Highly organized and communicative, with a collaborative mindset and a positive, results-driven attitude
