Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Relations Manager to ensure optimal solutions for clients in managing specialty drug costs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the account point person and subject matter expert for processes and procedures
Assist with escalations and ensure timely resolution to provide exceptional service to members
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain high-quality client relations and service delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
