Adecco Harrisburg is assisting a local client recruiting for a current Utility Worker - Facilities Cleaner - 3rd Shift position in Myerstown, Pa Lebanon County.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity scheduled for Sunday through Thursday 11:00pm -7:30am with the understanding the hours can be increased or decreased depending on the client's business needs. Responsibilities for this Utility Worker - Facilities Cleaner - 3rd Shift position include:

• clean factory/department's machines and machine parts

• clean floors of skids, waste containers etc.

• sweep, scrub, wet mop floors

• dust walls and clean windows, water coolers, sinks

• strip and wax floors

• facility cleaning

• operate forklift as needed

Utility Worker - Facilities Cleaner - 3rd Shift candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Previous MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED - WE ARE SEEKING A MINIMUM OF 2 FULL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE PAST 3-4 YEARS

• High school diploma or GED – REQUIRED

• The ability to work Sunday through Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am and overtime and weekends as needed

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and stoop throughout an 8 hour or longer shift

• Be able to submit to a full criminal background check if the position is offered - this will include checking for misdemeanor and felony offenses, 7 year employment history and an education verification of the highest degree received

• Be able to submit to and successfully pass a physical and drug screen if selected to fill this position

• Experience working in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or standard operating procedures (SOP) environment REQUIRED

• BASIC OR GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS

• Forklift experience - must have at least 1 full year of forklift experience than be verified between June 2011 and the present time - this is not strictly a forklift position

• Valid driver's license REQUIRED

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment

• Be a team player

Pay for this position is $15.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
