will be a part of the Global Patient Operations team. The
successful candidate will utilize BMS CAR-T data infrastructure,
reporting tools, analytics techniques, and effective communication
skills to provide integrated data-driven decision support to key
Patient Operations stakeholders. Additionally, this individual will
play a leading role in the continuing evolution of our overall BMS
Cell Therapy business and analytical capabilities.Summary of
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a Patient Operations reporting and
analytics team to meet the growing demands for operational and
performance data.
- Create a plan for accessing key data sources and determine
required data visualization tools.
- Partner with operational leads from the Patient Operations
teams to define performance metrics, design reports, and advise on
reporting best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand strategic
imperatives and metrics that drive operational health and determine
ways to measure achievement against objectives.
- Proactively focus on the ability to access and discover
insights hidden in vast, disparate amounts of data to help us make
smarter decisions across the organization.
- Participate in quarterly metrics and strategy meetings and
provide content/insight to the discussion.
- Centralizes and streamlines ad-hoc queries and data
requests.
- Work closely with other analytics leads to identify unmet
reporting needs and work to bring standardization and consistency
to cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor resources (as required) to develop, enhance, and
maintain dashboards/reports.Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- MBA or Masters in a quantitative major or concentration
preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tableau visualization development
and data process techniques, working knowledge of Tableau,
MicroStrategy, Alteryx, AWS, SQL, R and other platform/programming
language. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong programming/data manipulation skills (SQL, SAS, Python,
R, Alteryx, etc).
- 5+ years of experience developing and using advanced analytics
and reporting techniques in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Significant experience with pharmaceutical secondary data,
including national and sub-national data sources. Has the ability
in analyzing large, complex data sets and interacting with
relational databases.
- Ability to frame analytic findings in a digestible and
business-friendly format that identifies key business
implications.
- Highly developed analytic and information integration skills,
ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data; identify
key findings; and link to implications and provide
recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, able to multi-task,
prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different
functions, operating successfully in a complex organization
environment.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable to
lead discussion and present in a large group setting, and ability
to deliver precise message across the matrix team via written and
verbal communication.
- Successful track record managing teams.#LI-HybridThe starting
compensation for this job is a range from $156,000 - $195,000, plus
incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The
starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job,
such as required skills and the geographic location where work is
performed. Final, individual compensation is decided commensurate
