This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.What will you do?Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Sr. Manager to create & activate new ways of working in partnership with cross-functional business leaders and best in class processes to drive inventory optimization for the company.This position will play a critical role in the overall delivery of cash flow improvement initiatives for Kenvue by driving inventory optimization globally, including actuals trends & projections, shaping action plans to achieve goals in the short term, and activating improvement initiatives to evolve the structure of our supply chain to achieve benchmark goals against our competitive set in the long term. This position will also provide decision-making support to Senior Leadership and will play an important role in all financial close and forecast cycles. In addition to Global Inventory responsibilities, this position will also sit on the North America Operations Finance Leadership team and require close partnership with the Standard Costing, Principal and Currency finance teams to coordinate and understand NA regional implications across all areas of PICC. You will lead a global team of 25 team members with 2 direct reports.The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables with analytics. A process-oriented and innovation mindset coupled with excellent communication & framing skills will also be critical to the success of this individual. This role requires partnership, interaction and advanced influencing with numerous stakeholders across all levels in a highly dynamic organization.Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

  • Bringing forward insights on monthly actuals with reporting & analytics
  • Partnering on monthly inventory projections (including enabling increased accuracy & transparency into assumptions) and integration of data into monthly IBP processes.
  • Shaping inventory actions to achieve quarterly, year-end and long-term goals
  • Activating excess inventory & SLOB risk management best practices
  • Driving automation and standardization of key financial reports and planning/closing processes and enable faster, improved decision making.
  • Building partnership with Global Supply Chain Planning & Strategy team to assess competitive benchmarks and influence multi-year targets
  • Coaching and developing a global team
  • Supporting special projectsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance or relevant business experience
    • Strong financial acumen and a compliance mindset
    • Ability to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environment
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills; including proficiency in SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to automate work
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and shaping skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)
    • Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independently
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Prior experience developing and coaching high performing teams
    • Experience as Finance or related business partner
    • Financial modeling skillsDesired Qualifications
      • An MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
      • Finance experience in Supply Chain, Commercial and Consumer Products industries as well as Public Accounting
      • Cost and Inventory accounting experience preferableWhat's in it for you
